"Speakers are disappointing"
The treadmill itself works fine, but the speakers are awful. They crackle a lot and sound super tinny, like, give me a break, I wasn’t expecting concert quality, but they should at least be listenable.

"Decent treadmill, frustrating app"
The treadmill itself is fine and does what I need, but the app has been frustrating. It freezes a lot, and the Bluetooth connection drops way more often than it should. I’ve had to reconnect it during almost every workout, which kind of ruins the flow, if that makes sense. For the price, I expected a smoother experience.

"Not as cooling as I expected"
I was hoping the fan would help more during my runs, but it feels weaker than what a lot of people seem to get with similar products. It starts off okay, then I still end up getting hot quickly, so it doesn’t make much of a difference for me

"I was excited when I first…"
I was excited when I first got this, but after only a few weeks the motor started feeling weak. When I go for a jog, the speed randomly jumps up and down, and I’ve even noticed a weird burning smell while using it. I reached out to support hoping they’d help me figure it out, but they weren’t very helpful. For the price, I expected a lot better.

"At first, I thought this was a..."
At first, I thought this was a solid purchase, but it started breaking down after about a year. I wasn’t expecting it to last forever, but having issues that soon really made me lose trust in the quality. I’d be hesitant to buy it again.

"Decent treadmill, but the workouts get old fast"
The treadmill itself is fine, and I do like using it, but the built-in workout options are a little underwhelming. I thought there would be more variety for things like hills, endurance, or different fitness goals. After about a week, I felt like I was doing the same stuff over and over. It’s not bad by any means, and I’m still glad I have it, but at the same time it’s kind of boring if you want more than just basic runs

"Kind of a pain to put together..."
Assembly was way more frustrating than I expected. The instructions were confusing, I was missing a few bolts, and it ended up taking me hours to get everything sorted out. I did reach out to support, but they were slow to get back to me... not the best experience.

"Okay Experience, Just a Bit Slow"
I ordered from soletreadmills.com and had a question about my delivery date. I was already feeling a little impatient that day, so waiting longer than expected for a response was kind of frustrating. Customer service did get back to me, and the person was polite and gave me the information I needed, which I appreciated. I just had to follow up once before getting a clear answer. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it wasn’t super smooth either. I’d call it average.

"Not worth the hassle for me"
My treadmill broke, trying to get it repaired turned into a whole ordeal. I don’t remember every single back-and-forth, but I do remember waiting forever for replies and being told parts weren’t easy to get. Maybe there were a few okay moments in there, but what stuck with me is feeling like once they had my money, I was pretty much on my own. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

"Returning it turned into a huge hassle"
I sent this back weeks ago and I’m still waiting on my refund. the whole return process has been way more frustrating than it needed to be, and at this point it’s hard not to feel like I’m just being ignored.

"Build quality feels cheap"
and after using my Sole treadmill for a few months, I’m not that impressed with the build. The frame creaks more than I expected, the side rails don’t feel very secure, and some of the plastic pieces are already starting to look worn out.
It still works and runs fine for now, but for what it cost, I really thought it would feel sturdier. At this point, I’m just not confident it’s going to hold up long term, which is disappointing

"This thing is a lazy little pain"
The incline barely works the way it should. It lags all the time and feels weak, like the machine is being a stubborn little brat. Makes the whole workout way more frustrating than it needs to be, honestly.

"I ended up just getting frustrated"
I ended up just feeling annoyed every time I used the treadmill. The console is harder to figure out than it should be, and the buttons don’t feel very intuitive. Menus are kind of clunky, and changing the speed or settings takes longer than expected. It makes a simple workout feel more stressful than it needs to be.

"Not Really Worth the Price"
I was disappointed when it arrived. For what I paid, I expected something a lot better, but it just felt kind of underwhelming. Maybe it’s fine for some people, but to me it seemed overpriced for what you actually get

"i mean, I bought this from soletreadmills thinking…"
i mean, I bought this from Sole Fitness thinking it’d be an easy thing to keep at home, but the maintenance has been a pain. The belt constantly needs adjusting and lubing, and if I slack on it even a little, the machine starts making weird noises fast. Customer support wasn’t much help either, they basically just sent me back to the manual like that fixes everything. For what I paid, I really didn’t expect to be babysitting it this much. Disappointed.

"Warranty got sorted, just took a bit"
I had to—well, I ended up contacting Sole Treadmills about a warranty issue with my machine. They did answer, and the part was covered, which was definitely a relief. But it took a few back-and-forth messages and some waiting before things actually started moving. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just slower than I was hoping for. In the end, everything got sorted out, but the whole process could definitely be a little smoother.

"Deck is kind of hard"
The deck, it feels hard to me. Not terrible or anything, but when using it, I noticed right away it's not as comfortable as I was expecting.

"Easy to Fold and Store"
It stores just fine and folding it up is preeetty simple once you get the hang of it. Nothing complicated, which I really appreciate.

"Treadmill Arrived Eventually, but Shipping Was Frustrating"
I ordered a treadmill and, the whole shipping part was a bit of a mess. I don’t remember every exact date now, but I do remember the tracking barely changing for days and it showing up way later than what I was originally told. When I reached out to ask what was going on, I never really got a clear answer, which made it more annoying. The treadmill did finally arrive, but the delivery experience wasn’t great

"Works fine, but is the noise normal?"
It works okay overall, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but the noise is annoying. Maybe I’m just more sensitive to it than most people, but I keep noticing it whenever it’s running. Has anyone else had the same issue?
